What is a good way to catch my boyfriend cheating?

I think my boyfriend is cheating on me and the signs are so noticeable, but i feel that the only way i know he isn’t cheating is if i find out my self. What is a good way to find out if he is cheating? Should i spy, and if so how? Any help?
