Anyone have any information on a Spy System for my computer to catch my online-cheating boyfriend?

I’m looking for a program to ‘spy’ /track all of my boyfriend production on the computer, I know he is cheating on me online. Any recommendations of sites? And how do they work? Do they download on the computer no problem/no sign of them?
